A Spectacular Stay at Sonesta Hotel Bucaramanga: A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta Hotel in Bucaramanga, Colombia, and I can confidently say that it was an experience beyond expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of amazing. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the attentive staff. The hospitality extended by the team at Sonesta Hotel is unparalleled. They went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met with a smile. Their genuine kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on me, making my stay truly memorable. The hotel's amenities were another highlight of my visit. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's decor and functionality was truly commendable. The comfort of the bed, the quality of the linens, and the well-thought-out amenities all contributed to a luxurious and relaxing stay. One of the standout features of the Sonesta Hotel was the rooftop restaurant, Peregrina. To say that the dining experience there was exceptional would be an understatement. The panoramic views of Bucaramanga from the rooftop were breathtaking, creating a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was sophisticated, yet inviting, and the attentive staff ensured that every moment was a culinary delight. The menu at Pregrina boasted a diverse selection of dishes, each showcasing the finest ingredients and expert culinary craftsmanship. From local Colombian specialties to international delights, every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were bold and authentic, a true celebration of the region's gastronomic richness. The presentation of each dish was as impressive as its taste, creating a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Everything went well! This was our first time staying at Sonesta and it surprised us. Breakfast was great, sometimes the area was full but it was the Holy Week so the hotel was full, anyway the attention was great and it improve the experience. The rooms are very comfortable, we got two rooms one double and one queen, beds were so comfortable we could really rest and enjoy these days off. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, I was very curious and once I heard it wasn't great but in fact it was delicious. If you stay here enjoy the facilities.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It is located in a nice area and inside a mall (Caracolí), so you have everything handy. The breakfast was a terrific buffet, including a mix of traditional food and different options. The room had a nice view of Floridablanca, and the bed was comfortable.

The property location was great. Next to a large shopping mall, and direct access from the hotel lobby. Safe and secure location. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff is excellent. Full gym, sauna and pool. The complimentary breakfast each morning was great. Big variety of hot dishes, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee.

Everything was great the rooms,breakfast, the staff. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant that was excellent. And the best part is you can take the elevator from your room straight to the mall. Yes the hotel is built inside the mall and you have your own private access from the hotel into the mall great place
